Scenario: I’m in a meeting and I hear one of the following:

  • It’s never been done before
  • The bosses might not like it
  • It’s too soon
  • It’s too late
  • We are too complex
  • We are too big
  • It’s too risky
  • It’s boring
  • It’s not boring enough
  • There are too many legal issues
  • We are too busy
  • It might fail
  • No budget, maybe next year

But sometimes I get to hear, “Yes, let’s do this! Let’s start!” You guys know who you are! Keep reaching your goals!
